What This Warranty Covers

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:

- Exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or chemicals
- Alterations, repairs, or cleaning by unauthorized parties
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Client Care team at care@rafinzaurlux.com with the following details:
- Style number (found on the inner tag of your product)
- Clear photographs showing the defect
- Proof of purchase (original receipt, gift receipt, or online order number)
Once your claim is received, our Quality Team will carefully review the information and guide you through the next steps. If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or an exchange at no additional cost.
