At Rafinz Aurlux, every piece is crafted with care to bring you timeless elegance. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) under the following terms.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
We will require your cooperation and understanding in adhering to the packaging requirements and regulations prior to returning the goods to us.
Your orders can be sent back to us free of charge via our logistic partner, either through a Drop-Off Point or Home Pick-Up (available in selected areas).
We ask that you take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. You may inspect and try on the items, but products must not be soiled, damaged, or altered. All original tags, packaging, and authenticity materials must remain intact.
Please note that personalized or custom-made products, including those tailored or altered for you, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer an exchange service for items of equal or greater value (subject to stock availability).
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, under the same conditions as our return policy.
- To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchange Portal at www.rafinzaurlux.com/returns.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are available for the same customer and delivery address only.
How To Return or Exchange an Item
Please follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Securely pack your merchandise, preferably using the original shipping box and materials.
- Visit our Returns & Exchange Portal at www.rafinzaurlux.com/returns to request authorization.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange and specify your reason.
- Download and print your prepaid return label .
- Affix the pre-addressed and prepaid label to your return package.
- Drop off your return at our logistic partner’s service point, or schedule a pick-up (available in selected areas).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare your shipment for return.
- Please note that if you choose to use your own courier instead of our prepaid label except in the case of defective or incorrect items you will be responsible for all associated shipping, import duties, or taxes. These costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Client Care Team immediately at
care@rafinzaurlux.com. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
